Ingredients
- 2 pound boneless, skinned chicken breast (cut in 1 inch pieces)
- 1 – 8 ounces jar of Doña Maria Mole sauce
- 1 ½ cup chicken broth
Instructions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well. Cook on high 3-4 hours or 5-6 on low. Stir about midway through cooking time. (Optionally, you can add potatoes and carrots.)
TIP: Check your mole at the middle mark of cooking, an approximate 2.5 to3 hours into cooking. Give it a stir. If it seems too thick, add about 3/4 of chicken broth, mix and cover.
