- 1 lb Colavita Linguine Pasta, Recommended
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 16 cups Water
- Salt To Taste

- 2 Medium Onions, Sliced
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 lb Sea Best Shrimp Peeled And Deveined, Recommended
- 2 Medium Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc White Wine, Recommended
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Fresh Basil Or Parsley For Garnish
Instructions
For Boil The Linguine Pasta

Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil and add olive oil and salt to taste.

When the water is boiling, add the linguine pasta and cook for 10 minutes, or until al dente

Before draining the pasta, take out a cup of water and set it aside.
For Shrimp Luciano:

In a large pan, heat the unsalted butter and olive oil over medium heat.

To the pan, add the onions and garlic and cook the onions for 8 minutes, or until they are translucent.

Sauté the shrimp in the pan for 4 to 5 minutes, or until they are pink.

Take the shrimp out of the pan and set aside.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, continue stirring.

Add white wine, salt, and black pepper to the pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.

Add shrimp, linguine, and a few tablespoons of pasta water to the pan and toss in the sauce.
